How billing works
- Trial
- A workspace bought online starts with a 14-day trial. A card opens the console and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Jetstone emails you 7 days and 1 day before the charge, with the date and the amount. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
- Renewal
- Subscriptions renew on the card on file at the price then current. You are told the date and the amount 30 days before.
- Activation keys
- A key from a reseller or a volume order opens a workspace for twelve months with no card. Each key covers the device count it was sold for.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from the Billing page at any time. The workspace stays open until the end of the paid term.
